Art. 7. (Right to access of personal data and other rights

1. All those concerned have the right to receive confirmation as to whether or not data relating to them is being processed, even if not yet registered, and the communication of any such data in an intelligible form.

2. All those concerned are entitled to receive information:
a) on the source of their personal data; 
b) the purposes and means of processing their personal data; 
c) the logic involved in any electronic data processing; 
d) information regarding the data controller and the data processors according to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) and the names of subjects and categories of subjects to whom their personal data may be disclosed or who may access your personal data since they are person in charge appointed in the State.

3. All those concerned are entitled to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of their personal data;

b) to the processing of their personal data for advertising or direct marketing purposes or in order to carry out marketing research or commercial communications
