The city of Cagliari looks out over the gulf and you can admire its fascination from “ Largo Carlo Felice” way down to the port.
There’s Aurora hotel, it’s in Cagliari, in the characteristic Piazza Yenne, close to the old district “Stampace”, the port of embarkation of Cagliari, the older and typical Santa Chiara market, the monuments of the old town “Bastione Saint Remy”, the remains of “Roman Amphitheatre” now open air theatre, the older “Villa Tigellio” or the top side of the city viale Buoncammino, the Judicial Prison and King Carlo Alberto’s barracks from the nineteenth century, the shop, clubs, bar, restaurants of the new city and the old town and just underneath the hotel is the little “Sant’ Efisio’s Church” with the bigger homonym feast day, on 1° May.
